Q. What is the lead time for the custom medals?
A. Once the artwork is approved we will need approximately two weeks to get you the order.
Q. Are the inserts stickers?
A. No, the inserts are sublimated metal. The medals can be best described as a metal medallion inserted into a medal.
Q. Is there a quantity discount?
A. Yes and No, the quantity discount is already given at $1.29. The idea is the interest is so high that we feel we can extend our best quantity price to everyone based on the volume of medals we sell. We like this because the big spenders still get the quantity discount, and the little guys can benefit as well.
Q. How are the medals shipped?
A. They are shipped via USPS Priority Flate Rate. We found that this was the most inexpensive way to ship them because we can put a whole bunch of medals (vacuum sealed for protection) into the boxes and the Post Office doesn’t charge for extra weight. And these things are heavy!
Q. Can I just give you an idea of what I want instead of sending artwork?
A. Absolutely! Send us an email and we’ll do our best to create something that you like. And we’ll only start production after you approve.
Q. Are the medals plastic?
A. No way! They are metal and actually quite heavy.
Q. Is there an artwork or die charge?
A. There are no extra fees. $1.29 and that’s it. Except for minimal shipping charges.
Q. How big are they?
A. These medals are almost 3″ wide and feel very substantial.
